I am described as an avid and successful real estate investor with a keen eye for lucrative opportunities in the property market. I have been able to identify undervalued properties ripe for transformation and profit, to include a knack for spotting potential in overlooked neighborhoods or properties needing renovation, turning them into valuable assets.

My success has stemmed from meticulously analyzing financial data, property histories, and demographic shifts to forecast future value. I have been able to leverage my strong relationships with industry professionals—agents, contractors, and financial experts— to stay ahead of market developments.

Early on

I was introduced to real estate investing as a pre-teen by helping my parents, while helping them clean and turn houses between tenants. I learned what it takes to create a good home for a quality tenant. As an adult, I started with my first tenant in 2010 and haven’t turned back.

Current

I am all-in on owning real estate in one form or another. Flips, wholesaling, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and more. The majority of my personal holdings are located in central Ohio, where I have over 30 tenant occupied units as of today. I have also helped a plethora of investors earn very good returns by silent partnering with me on flips.

My company’s mission is to help underserved and disadvanteged neighborhoods by cleaning up homes that have been negleted and left to rot and become overgrown by careless owners or absentee landlords that have struggled with bad tenants. This work is visibly impactful and it continues to inspire me to work hard when I see the results and head the success stories.

They get stuck in the downward spiral of getting a raise just to pay more rent. At Encore Properties we assist those stuck in that cycle by providing low down payment homes without the stringent task of having top notch credit and proving themselves worthy to a traditional bank or lender. Allowing them to lock in a fixed payment for 30 years, improving their financial situation over the long run.

  • Neighborhood Revitalization: We have all seen parts of neighborhoods with houses that have been left to their own demise. The neighbors hate looking at them and the drag on their own property values. They can also bring transients or drugs to the area using the abandoned house for criminal activity. These homes are an excellent target for us to purchase them, help them get cleaned up, and put an owner in place that will appreciate the pride of home ownership and take care of the home. Thus, raising the value and atmosphere of the local neighborhood.

  • Long-Term Sustainability: We prioritize finding a low-cost way to provide a quality home to those that may otherwise be struggling. We aim to set their mortgage payment at a lower monthly cost than they are paying for rent or the current market rent for that area. Locking the rate for the 30-year term of their mortgage not only reduces operating costs for homeowners but also contributes to a cleaner, healthier neighborhood overall.
